Sylvia Gisi, MD

Dr. Sylvia A. Gisi, M.D., is a highly respected physician serving the Temecula Valley community for over 17 years. With expertise in Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Women's Health, Dr. Gisi is dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages.

Dr. Gisi began her medical career while completing her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of California, Riverside. She then attended the University of Utah Medical School and later transferred to the University of Oklahoma Medical School to be closer to her husband, an Air Force Pilot. Graduating in 1999, she went on to complete her Family Practice Residency Training at Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, California. Dr. Gisi is a board certified Family Physician with 26 years of experience in practice.

She has expertise in treating coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension & high blood pressure, among other conditions, and treats Long COVID, COVID-19, Familial Lipid Disorders, Coronary Artery Disease, and Coronary Artery Disease in Women more than most providers. Her practice is an Integrative Medical Clinic specializing in preventative Medicine with a focus solely on the treatment and prevention of disease and helping patients with a pro-active approach to their health.

To better serve the diverse community, Dr. Sylvia A. Gisi, M.D., is fluent in Spanish. This allows her to effectively communicate and provide care to Spanish-speaking patients, creating a comfortable and inclusive environment. She is currently accepting new patients and welcomes patients of all ages.
