Eddie Yeh, MD

Weilee "Eddie" Yeh, M.D. is a board-certified Family Practice physician specializing in Family Health and Geriatric Care at Valley Medical Center, which is part of the greater Hemet Community Medical Group. He is also affiliated with Hemet Valley Medical Center, and Menifee Valley Medical Center. Dr. Yeh graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1995 and has been practicing in the Hemet Valley for over 20 years.

Dr. Yeh is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, and has California Medical Licensure. He is Board-Certified and provides services for the following specialties: Family Practice, Family Health and Geriatric Health. His practice emphasizes comprehensive care for patients of all ages, with particular expertise in preventive medicine and geriatric care. Dr. Yeh has expertise in treating diabetes, obesity, hypertension, among other conditions.

Dr. Yeh is deeply committed to his community. He volunteers as the Team Physician for Tahquitz High School Football Team, and serves on the Board of Directors for Calicinto Ranch. He is also currently Chairman of the Utilization Review Committee at Hemet Valley Medical Center, and a member of the Utilization Management Committee and the Quality Review Committee at Hemet Valley Medical Center. His patient-centered approach focuses on building long-term relationships and providing personalized care tailored to each individual's needs.

Dr. Yeh is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, and is currently accepting new patients. His practice is located in Hemet, California, where he continues to serve families with comprehensive medical care.
