David Stanford, MD

Dr. David Carson Stanford, MD, is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with over 35 years of experience practicing in Sun City (Menifee), California. He graduated from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1986 and is affiliated with Loma Linda University Medical Center-Murrieta.

Dr. Stanford's practice focuses on comprehensive adult care, combining Internal Medicine with Geriatric Health and Family Health services. He has expertise in treating coronary artery disease, hypertension & high blood pressure, diabetes, among other conditions. His credentials include membership in the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, and he is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Internal Medicine.

His practice is highly focused on preventive medicine, and Dr. Stanford considers his patient's mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and physical health in providing them with whole person care. As a Primary Care Internist with 36 years experience, Dr. Stanford can speak extensively with patients, many of whom have complex and frustrating chronic illnesses. His passion for primary care is found in developing relationships with his clients and in creating a medical office that is trusted and comfortable.

Dr. Stanford is currently accepting new patients and is bilingual in English and Spanish. His practice is part of the Menifee Valley Community Medical Group, where he continues to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to the Sun City and Menifee communities.
