Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, PromiseCare will provide the original complainant with a copy and may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner seeks a court order to prevent restoration.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), PromiseCare Medical Group maintains a policy of terminating the access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.

Third-Party Content

Some content on the Sites may be licensed from or attributed to third-party sources, including health education organizations, stock photography providers, and partner entities.
